"I think the biggest thing I have noticed with Jared joining the mountain bike team is the positive environment. So many have commented before that you can mess up and get a high five from teammates and coaches! Coaches aren't yelling at them. It's definitely a great group to be around! Thanks for all you guys do!" |
"I’m not exaggerating when I say that joining the mountain biking team changed my life. It catapulted me into a new sense of confidence, not only teaching me the skills I needed to conquer the trails, but also the strength to conquer everything else in life. I learned how to ride, but also how to crash – and always get back up again. How to ride boldly onward, to face my insecurities and turn them into strengths, how to prepare for the steep inclines and celebrate the descents, and how to fall in love with every painful and exciting and invigorating aspect of riding my bike in the great outdoors. |
